  • Product and Service Statement

    Poppin' Parties cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons once they have been picked up or delivered, as all balloon sales are final. Balloons are inherently temporary items; even though we use high-quality materials, some balloons may deflate sooner than expected or be affected by external factors such as wind, rain, sunlight, or rough handling. When a permanent fixture is not available, we use command hooks and wall-safe tape for balloon installation. While these methods are generally safe, there is still a small risk of paint damage. Due to the unpredictable nature of events, we reserve the right to make adjustments to ensure the best outcome for our clients.

  • Installation/Tear Down

    Installation and teardown times will be scheduled during the week of your event. If you have specific time constraints, please inform us in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Installation and teardown fees are $25.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your order, please submit your request in writing (email is acceptable) at least 10 business days before your scheduled installation. If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the full invoice amount will be due on the day of the planned installation. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
